Mobile Laser Quest Terms & Conditions

Please take a few moments to read, understand, and comply with the following requirements for your Mobile Laser Quest Backyard Battlefield event. We’re here to deliver maximum fun, but also need a few rules to keep things running safely and smoothly.

Mobile Laser Quest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse a live laser gaming event—sometimes at short notice—if these requirements are not met. But don’t worry, organising your epic laser tag day is easier than it looks, and we’re always happy to help get everything sorted!

Birthday Parties

• All prices include GST.

• Minimum booking: 1 hour.

• One hour allows up to 18 players. We run a max of 12 players on the battlefield per round (2 teams of 6). With 16 players, we rotate in 3 teams of 5 + the birthday legend!

• All players must sign our Player Indemnity Form. Under 18s require a parent or guardian signature. This must be handed to the Battlefield CO before gameplay starts.

• We do not hold events in public parks after dark unless there is proper lighting for setup, gameplay, and pack down.

• Payment: Full payment is required before the event (bank transfer or cash on the day). A deposit may be needed for bookings over two months ahead.

• Prices are subject to change—check with us for up-to-date info.

• Standard pricing applies within a 50km radius of Perth CBD. Additional travel fees apply outside this area.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours (unless rescheduled) will require full payment.

Your Part:

• Submit your Booking Confirmation Form within 48 hours of confirming your event.

• All players must follow the Battlefield CO’s rules. Unsafe or unruly behaviour can result in removal from the field.

• Ensure parking is available near the setup area. Any parking fees are the client’s responsibility.

• If you're using a public space, you must obtain council approval and pay any associated fees. Provide us with the permit and we’ll supply our Public Liability Certificate. We can’t offer refunds if permission isn’t secured.

• We'll arrive an hour before start time. Please have someone onsite to meet us and direct us—delays here can cut into your playtime.

• Let your guests know to bring hats. The headbands can get sweaty and hats help with hygiene (and sun safety).

• Most importantly—get ready for some serious fun!

Schools and OSHC Groups

• All prices include GST.

• Minimum booking: 1 hour.

• We play 12 players per game for safety and control. Games last 5 minutes, with player rotations throughout.

• All players must sign our Player Indemnity Form. Under 18s need a parent or guardian signature.

• Payment: Full payment required before the event via bank transfer. Cheques may be accepted—please ask. Let us know if you need specific payment scheduling.

• Prices are subject to change—please confirm at time of booking.

• Standard pricing applies within a 50km radius of Perth CBD. Additional travel fees apply outside this area.

• Cancellations within 48 hours (unless rescheduled) will require full payment.

Corporate Events, Fetes & Social Groups

• All prices include GST.

• Minimum booking: 1 hour.

• Standard format is 12 players per 5-minute game. We’ll rotate through groups during your booking.

• All players must sign our Player Indemnity Form. Under 18s need a parent/guardian signature.

• Payment: Full payment prior to the event by bank transfer. Cheques accepted by prior arrangement. Let us know if you need invoice timing flexibility.

• Prices subject to change—please confirm with us.

• Standard pricing is for locations within 50km of Perth CBD. Travel fees apply beyond that.

• Cancellations within 48 hours (unless rescheduled) require full payment.

Your Part:

• Submit your Booking Confirmation Form within 48 hours.

• All players must follow Battlefield CO rules. Safety first—no exceptions.

• Provide nearby parking. Parking costs are on you.

• For public spaces, council approval and permits are your responsibility. Supply these to us before the event. We'll give you our insurance certificate.

• Night bookings require adequate lighting.

• We arrive one hour early—please be ready to greet us!

• Ask guests to wear hats for hygiene.

• Get hyped—laser battles await!

Weather & Rescheduling

Let’s face it—Perth weather can be unpredictable! If the forecast looks rough, don’t stress:

• We’ll show up unless told otherwise. Often the weather’s better than predicted at your location.

• Light rain? No problem. We’ll usually play through it.

• Heavy showers? We can pause until it clears and get back into the action.

• Playing at home? Even better—you’ve got shelter nearby!

If the forecast is scaring off your guests, you can opt to cancel or reschedule the day before. We’ll try to lock in a new date that works for everyone (pending availability).

To dodge weather worries entirely, consider hiring an indoor space during winter—community halls, school gyms, or even church halls are perfect.

Things happen—life throws curveballs. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as you can. We’ll help find a solution.
