Perth school holidays mean six weeks of summer, two weeks at Easter, and a couple more sprinkled through the year. And every time they roll around, the same question comes up: what do we actually do with them?

The usual suspects — the movies, the beach, the trampoline park — are fine. But if you're looking for something that gets kids genuinely excited, burns off real energy, and gives them something to talk about at the start of next term, mobile laser tag is hard to beat.

It's Outdoor and Active

Everything we do happens outside. No queues, no artificial lighting, no passive entertainment. Kids are running, ducking, working as a team, and completely absorbed in the game from the first countdown to the last. On a clear Perth morning or afternoon, it's hard to imagine a better way to spend two hours.

It Works for a Range of Ages

Laser tag is ideal for ages 6 to 16 — and honestly, the older teens are often the most competitive. Mixed age groups work fine because the game naturally balances itself out (speed vs. experience vs. strategy). Siblings, neighbours, and mates from school all work.

We Come to You — or a Local Park

You don't need to organise transport or book a venue. Mobile Laser Quest rolls up to your backyard, a local oval, or a park near you. We need a flat outdoor space of around 15m x 15m — most Perth parks easily handle that.

If you're in the northern suburbs, we regularly run sessions around Joondalup and the northern corridor. Down south? We cover Fremantle and South Perth and travel to Mandurah and the Peel region regularly. Our home base is the Swan Valley, where we run regular sessions at Henley Brook.

Running an OSHC or Vacation Care Program?

Genuinely — that's the most common response we get. The combination of physical action, team strategy, and the sheer novelty of running around a real battlefield with real equipment hits differently to a screen or a passive activity.

How to Book for School Holidays

School holidays book up faster than you'd expect — especially January and the summer break. We recommend getting in touch at least 3–4 weeks ahead to lock in your preferred date.
