If you're running an outside school hours care centre or a vacation care program in Perth, you already know the challenge: you need activities that are safe, engaging, scalable, and easy to organise — and ideally something the kids haven't done a hundred times already.
Mobile laser tag ticks all of those boxes. Here's what you need to know before you book.
We're Set Up for Large Groups
This is the big one. We're not just a birthday party operator who can squeeze in a group of 30. We've specifically designed our operation for OSHC and vacation care programs — running back-to-back rotations that keep every child engaged throughout the session, regardless of group size.
We've managed programs with 100+ children in a single booking. While one team plays a 15–20 minute game, the next group is being briefed and ready to go. No dead time, no bored kids waiting around.
The Equipment Is Safe and Robust
Our laser taggers use infrared technology — no projectiles, no impact, no pain. The equipment is designed for high-volume use, is regularly serviced, and meets all requirements for use with children. There is nothing flying through the air and nothing that causes injury or distress.
Age recommendation is 6 and up, which aligns with most OSHC enrolment ages perfectly.
We Handle Everything On-Site
We arrive, set up the battlefield (inflatable bunkers, camo netting, Medic Boxes, Domination Boxes), run every game rotation, manage the children throughout the session, and pack everything away before we leave. Your educators are free to supervise rather than run the activity.
Standard setup is around an hour before the session starts. We need a flat outdoor area of roughly 15m x 15m — most school ovals and OSHC outdoor spaces easily accommodate this.
We Cover All of Perth
We travel across the metro area and beyond. We regularly run OSHC incursions across Perth's northern suburbs including Joondalup and surrounds, Fremantle and South Perth, Mandurah and the Peel region, and the Swan Valley and eastern corridor. If you're unsure whether we travel to your centre, just call and ask.
What Coordinators and Kids Have Said
"Mobile Laser Quest all had an amazing morning on the mobile laser quest battlefield! Excellent organisation by Phil from the time of booking through to the gaming on the day. Would highly recommend for a birthday party or for larger groups like our vacation care program." — Mindarie Keys OSHC
"We had the Mobile Laser Quest team in for our recent vacation care program. They were fantastic — well organised, friendly and accommodating. We had over a hundred children and they all got through in the two hours, had an awesome time and can't wait for us to do it again." — Jellybeans OSHC
How to Book
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead for school holiday periods, as these dates fill quickly. For term-time bookings, 2 weeks is usually sufficient.
