Birthday Parties
- All prices include GST.
- The minimum time for a booking is 1 hour.
- One hour will cater for up to 18 players. We play 12 players maximum on the field for each game, i.e. 2 teams of 6. In the event of between 12 and 18 players we will divide them up to three teams and rotate them between rounds. It is recommended you have 16 players on the day. That gives us 3 teams of 5 plus the birthday child. This is a great way to get a good mix of games to time playing.
- All players must sign our Player Indemnity form. Players under 18 years must have a parent or guardian to sign. This must be given to the Battlefield CO prior to play.
- We will not hold events at night in public parks unless there is sufficient lighting for set up, gameplay and pack down.
- Payment to be made in full prior to the event via bank direct debit, please contact us for details, or cash on the day of play prior to set up. A deposit may be required if you are booking over 2 months in advance.
- Prices are subject to change, please contact us for further information
- Standard pricing is for events within 50km from Perth CBD. An additional travel fee may be added for areas beyond the 50km limit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours, unless rescheduling, of the booking require full payment
What you need to do for us:
- Send us a completed Booking Confirmation Form within 48 hours of us confirming your date and time.
- All players must abide by the rules explained by the Battlefield CO on the day.
- Unruly play will mean a player, or players may be removed from the field. We are pretty flexible but the safety of players comes first.
- Parking area provided close to event and associated parking costs covered by clients if necessary.
- It's the customers responsibility to ensure that local councils are contacted when utilising public space and any applicable fees paid. We must be provided with a copy of any letters of approval or permits prior to the event. We will provide you with a copy of our Public Liability insurance Certificate, Council will require this. Refunds will not be given if you fail to gain the necessary permissions from Council.
- We will be onsite an hour before the booked time for start of play. we need to meet someone on our arrival to ensure we are in the right spot and discuss our options if necessary. Please arrange someone to meet us there. If no one is there when we arrive it may delay the setup and impact on our available play time.
- For hygiene reasons please ensure you mark on your invitations that players will need to wear hats. This is both for sun protection and the headbands with the sensors can get a little sweaty sometimes. It is best if they are on a hat if the taggers are being swapped between players.
- Get everyone super excited, this is going to be fun.

Weather and Other Reasons to Reschedule
- Sometimes the weather forecast may not be in our favour. In many instances they are wrong....... Thats not entirely fair, but they do their best. We will always turn up as scheduled for the booking even if it is likely to be lousy weather. Sometimes they say it will rain all day, but they don't say where. It might be fine where we are intending to play. We can make the decision on the day to go ahead or plan for another day. Light rain doesn't normally bother us, and the kids don't mind, so we can play through it. If the showers get too heavy we can take a break until the shower passes and we can keep playing. this is a great advantage of having us come to you, if we are setting up at home they can get under cover while we wait.
- If you find the forecast is a bit scary and your friends are calling and saying they aren't going to turn up then you can make the decision to cancel the day before. That's ok. We can look at moving the party to another suitable available date. Please note that this is subject to availability and timings based on the party already scheduled for the new date. Just let us know what you would like to do and we will go from there.
- It may be worth considering an indoor location during the winter months to avoid this issue. Many areas have local community halls or indoor sports facilities to hire. Also consider local Church Halls or your kids school facilities.
Sometimes things just happen. If you need to look at rescheduling then let us know as soon as possible. We can work something out.
